∎ Develop and present innovative architectural designs for residential and commercial projects.·
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and interior designers, to ensure cohesive project execution.·
∎ Create detailed working drawings, specifications, and 3D models using industry-standard software.·
∎ Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and sustainable design practices.·
∎ Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.·
∎ Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and present design proposals.
