Building and Factory Design with 3d Visualization, Designing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and co-ordinate a team of in house Architects.
∎ Coordinate with consultants, in house Engineering department and representatives of architectural related vendors.
∎ Sound knowledge in all types of buildings & Interiors design & drawing.
∎ Sound knowledge in all types of buildings & Interiors design & drawing.
∎ Able to think a modern concept & make fine visual presentation on any 3D visualize
∎ Discuss the ideas, objectives, requirements and budget of a project and in some cases help to select a site.
∎ Consult with other professionals about design
∎ Prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals
∎ Use IT in design and project management, specifically using computer-aided design software
∎ keep within financial budgets and deadlines
∎ Produce detailed workings, drawings and specifications and also capable to make BOQ.
∎ Specify the nature and quality of materials required
∎ Control a project from start to finish
∎ Carry out regular site visits to check on progress and ensure that the project is running on time and to budget
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Designing, Planning
∎ Auto CAD
∎ Sketch Up/3D Max
∎ Coral Draw
∎ Strong communication skill in English
