Additional Requirements:
∎ 1.Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in architectural design
∎ 2. Proficiency in 3dsmax, AutoCAD, SketchUp and related software
∎ 3. Strong command of MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
∎ 4. Proven experience in producing high-quality project documents and drawings
∎ 5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively
∎ 5. Strong design and problem-solving abilities, coupled with an appreciation for architectural design intent
∎ 6. Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering accurate and precise work

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Collaborate with Artists and Design team to create visually compelling renders, graphics,
∎ illustrations, and presentation materials that effectively communicate design intent and options
∎ 2. Utilize sketches and CAD files to build and develop accurate 3D models of buildings,
∎ landscapes, and spaces, paying close attention to materiality, spatial quality, details, and overall
∎ design
∎ 3. Provide smart solutions for technical problems and challenges that may arise during the
∎ design and production process
∎ 4. Monitor work progress by occasionally visiting project sites, ensuring that design standards
∎ are met and resolving any issues that may arise
∎ 5. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects simultaneously while
∎ adhering to tight deadlines
∎ 6. Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
