∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
∎ Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code
∎ Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
∎ Fixing known bugs in existing Android applications and adding new features
∎ Creating tests for code to ensure robustness and performance
∎ Working with designers to turn design templates into working apps
∎ Working with iOS app development is an added advantage
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience coding in Kotlin and Java.
∎ 3 to 6 years of industry experience with at least 3+ years of relevant experience in Android Development.
∎ Good problem-solving skills, strong time management skills, strong teamwork, and multitasking skills
∎ Ability to develop software using Object Oriented Programming is a plus.
∎ Must have good knowledge of WebRTC technology.
∎ Experience building applications using the MVVM pattern.
∎ Should have good knowledge of Android Framework.
∎ Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
∎ Understanding of Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines
∎ Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
∎ Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
∎ Team player that is positive, proactive, and a motivated self-starter.
∎ Excellent leadership, team building, and relationship management skills.
∎ Familiarity with Video & Audio calling is a plus
∎ Familiar with RxJava or LiveData
