Job Context:
∎ Prime Hospital Ltd is a 150 beded hospital, it`s started operations in 1996 at district town Maijdee, Noakhali. Now it`s a renowned one hospital in greater Noakhali. Soon it will 250 beds hospital & Medical college. Premier pharmaceuticals Ltd is the sister concern of Prime Hospital Ltd.
∎ Job Location: Maijdee, Noakhali. (District town).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Overall Safety & Security management of Hospital premises.
∎ Conducts & develops security measure and intelligence issues.
∎ Safeguard company's properties, assets, visitors and business associates.
∎ Ensure proper preventive measures of all act of crime, or any losses incurred against/by patient parties; staffs and hospital in order to determine those responsible and proceed with any necessary prosecution/recover of losses.
∎ Follow up on hospital's policies, rules, regulations and procedures as well as train Security Guards time to time.
∎ Capable to mitigate issues like accident, transport problem etc.
∎ Able to follow any instruction/order by the Management.
∎ To keep informed time to time to higher authority on any incident that may happen.
∎ Ensure that the goods supplied by the outside parties/purchases by SCM, Central Store Department, Medical Service Department (MSD) of the hospital are entered inside the hospital, store department through proper channel and record of which are also maintained properly in the register of the security department.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have at least 3 to 5 year practical experience.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Security & Safety.
∎ Army retired person will get preference.
∎ The applicants should be Retired person from defense.
∎ Self-driven, results-oriented & having good interpersonal relationship.
∎ Ability to coach and train subordinate on subject expert knowledge.
∎ Must have excellent communication ability, both verbal and written.
Salary: Negotiable
