Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for supervising overall patients care service activities to contribute to maximum business growth.
∎ Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provide time and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments.
∎ Ensure a sustainable relationship with patients.
∎ Coordinates sufficient staffing to meet patient care needs.
∎ Handling complaints and queries (from customers and staff).
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization.
∎ Ensure premium service patient care to all clients.
∎ Ensure the hospital staffs are clients friendly and maintain quality of services.
∎ Should be able to understand prescription.
∎ Should have enough knowledge about different investigation and procedures.
∎ Preserve the hospitals image and promote better patient relations.
∎ Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
∎ Ensure that all staff department are functioning regularly.
∎ Coordinate with doctors for any query.
∎ Team management, supervising and controlling all related works related Department.
∎ Ensure a safe environment of care for all patients, families and Guests.
∎ Take ownership of customer's issues and follow problems through to resolution.
∎ Helping to build good customer relations.
∎ Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
∎ Any Other Task Assign by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicant should have at least 1 to 3 year experience in the supervisor or manager position in any renowned Hospitals or Medical College & Hospital at Dhaka based.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): patients care dealings.
∎ Self-driven, results-oriented & having good interpersonal relationship.
∎ Ability to coach and train subordinate on subject expert knowledge.
∎ Must have excellent communication ability, both verbal and written, English communication.

Salary: Negotiable
