Responsibilities & Context:
Monitoring entry/exit points, checking employee badges, and issuing visitor passes.
Ensuring the office premises all kinds of safety issues.
Watching CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment for unusual activity.
Conducting regular rounds of the office building, perimeter, and parking areas to identify safety hazards, unlocked doors, or security breaches.
Acting as first responders to incidents, such as medical emergencies, fires, or security threats.
Preparing daily activity logs and detailed reports regarding incidents, thefts, or suspicious occurrences.
