∎ Retired armed officer will add an advantage.
∎ Prior experience, preferably in the hospitality industry, is preferred.
∎ Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively with the guests/employee/visitors.
∎ Familiarity with Bangladesh Laws, Rules & Regulation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make safety and security patrols for the hotel guests, property and facilities; and respond to and record any unusual circumstances.
∎ Ensure an welcoming environment for the guests/visitors/employees at the entrance of the hotel.
∎ Protect guests and employees from harm and prevent theft and/or destruction of hotel property.
∎ Perform a variety of security checks and follow post orders as directed by the designated personnel.
∎ Observe all people who are entering into and exiting from the hotel.
∎ Manage any situation with quick decision making in absence of superior.
∎ Investigate and handle complaints, incidents, accidents and emergencies.
∎ Ensure that policies and procedures are enforced properly.
∎ Ensure and maintain key control, put on all light switches in the evening time.
∎ Report/address all unsafe conditions immediately.
∎ Must have knowledge of using security equipment, fire equipment or surveillance camera
∎ Maintain vehicle register and condition every in and out time as per company rules.
∎ Keep an eye on car lifts, guest vehicles parking, parking time and location.
∎ Be updated on regular fire test.
∎ Deliver outside visitor information on time to the concerned department(s) and provide visitor pass to the visitors upon receiving the permission to allow them in the premises and take the pass to confirm their departure
