Preference will be given to retired military personnel.
Ability to lead and motivate a team of security guards to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and oversee the work of security guards to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Create and implement schedules for security staff to ensure adequate coverage.
Train security personnel on proper safety and security procedures.
Monitor security systems and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly.
Investigate security incidents and report findings to management.
Conduct regular security audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Ensure that security staff are following all safety regulations and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement emergency response plans.
