Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist Secretarial Support to DMS to ensure smooth function.
∎ To do departmental work under the direct supervision of DMS.
∎ Coordinate Operational / Sr. Leaders Meeting & prepare meeting minutes.
∎ To provide logistic support to the doctors i.e. Doctors Auto Seal, Visiting Card.
∎ Maintained all Doctors Information updates.
∎ Coordinate departmental meeting as and when required.
∎ Providing the DMS with comprehensive information & timely reports on all matters effecting the hospital.
∎ Performs all other tasks as required by the departments.
∎ Ready to accept any change of management decision regarding the above job responsibilities
