∎ অফিসের নিরাপত্তা বজায় রাখা।
∎ অফিস প্রাঙ্গন সবসময় পরিস্কার পরিচ্ছন্ন রাখা।
∎ অফিসের কর্মকর্তা , কর্মচারী ও মেহমানদের চা, কফি ও নাস্তার ব্যবস্থা করা।
∎ প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রয়োজনীয়তা অনুযায়ী যখন যে কাজ বা দায়িত্ব অর্পণ করা হবে তা সঠিকভাবে পালন করা।
∎ ম্যানেজমেন্ট থেকে নির্দেশাবলী / আদেশ অনুসরণ করা
∎ চা, কফি তৈরি ও নাস্তা পরিবেশন করতে পারা।
