∎ Age at least 22 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and process specimens for molecular testing following SOPs.
∎ Proficient in nucleic acid extraction (manual and automated) and PCR techniques, including RT-PCR.
∎ Experienced in qualitative and quantitative viral load assays.
∎ Analyze data, interpret results, and prepare reports for review.
∎ Conduct assay standardization, troubleshooting, and documentation.
∎ Preferably experienced in molecular diagnostics for TB.
∎ Perform routine maintenance of lab equipment as per protocols.
∎ Validate and release test results for pathologist approval.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation and daily inventory.
∎ Assess calibration, controls, and analytical run validity under lab head supervision.
∎ Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and report abnormalities to the supervisor.
∎ Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and maintain technical records.
∎ Any task given by the Management.
