∎ At least high school graduate or vocational graduate in any technical field.
∎ Skills Required: T-Shirt Factory
∎ Can speak Chinese mandarin for easy communication to buyer.
∎ Skills Required: Sample Making, Sewing, Cad Pattern Master, Pattern Designing, Pattern making
∎ Skills Required: Pattern making, Sample Making

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sample Making
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand to buyer TP /Design Sheet.
∎ Provide technical support to Merchandising, Design Team, factories, overseas designers, and vendors and advise factory technical team for the correction sample accordingly, upon receipt of the samples, check measurement, quality, and technical facts.
∎ Evaluate sample workmanship, quality, construction and consumption.
∎ Maintain liaison with internal technical team on a day-to-day basis for obtaining approval on pre-production and production samples to a commercial standard as specified by the buyers.
∎ Attend pre-production meetings, providing the technical input (such as machinery, attachment availability, product quality, sewing techniques, bottleneck elimination etc.), foreseeing and taking preventive steps to avoid potential production problems. If necessary, need to visit production floor for samples technical issue.
∎ Keep a record of all necessary samples in the conference room and assist Merchandising team with sample checking, and sample fabric distribution / Packing.
∎ Review all relevant processes and suggest improvements to continuously enhance the processes in the sample room.

∎ Experienced in high volume Knits/T-shirt production for at least 5 years.

Salary: Negotiable
