Job Context:
∎ Employ a consultative sales approach that focuses on building a long term, value-based relationship with customers, penetrating them for further business and maximizing the margin they create while reducing the time and costs in managing them. Also responsible to introduce consumers a new brand (or to a new release from a well-known brand) in a memorable way that associates the specific products with a longer-term positive experience and brand pull to meet strategic objectives.
∎ Department: Sales Service
∎ Job Location: Chittagong or as per job requirement

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish and maintain excellent after sales service to all stakeholders.
∎ To be responsible for the supervision and control of bulk gas / industrial cylinder system installations established on behalf of Company and the services of bulk gas systems.
∎ To be responsible for designing & installing of LP Gas reticulation, Bluk storage system, corporate cylinder sales and Autogas according to demand of customer and product specification
∎ Ensure the work is executed according to quality, health, safety and environmental guidelines and customer site procedure
∎ Train and work closely with the department team to achieve company strategy
∎ Conduct site visits to resolve all breakdowns and to ensure customer satisfaction
∎ Train and develop employees to maintain skills and safety issues of LP gas
∎ Leading a technical team consisting of technician to ensure best service
∎ Provide safety training as per company guidelines to clients after handover the projects for smooth operation.
∎ Provide guidelines to Vendor during and after handover the project
∎ Managing the spare part inventory.
∎ Prepare official documents and presentation when necessary

Additional Requirements:
∎ 4 + Years in after sale service or relevant field
∎ LPG industry experience will get preference
∎ Proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel

Salary:
∎ As per market practice
