Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruiting, training, and managing a team of medical device sales representatives, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to meet customers’ expectations effectively and their job requirements consistently.
∎ Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to achieve assigned sales targets and objectives.
∎ Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders in the territory.
∎ To be able to generate market insight and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
∎ Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, Profed, etc to develop and execute effective sales, marketing, and professional education programs as per customer needs.
∎ Forecasting and tracking sales performance and should be able to identify sales results and trends and should have ability to take corrective measures.
∎ Mentoring and coaching sales representatives and give them timely and effective feedback to improve their performances and their overall growth.
∎ Ensuring strict adherence to company policies and processes. Sales and promotional activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, Compliance guidelines, and local laws and regulations.
∎ Should have Govt/defense tender management skills.
∎ Should be Proficient in Excel and power point: should be able to analyze data and submit multiple reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Science graduate. Management degree will be an added advantage.
∎ Preferably 5+ years’ experience in healthcare
∎ 1-2 years of people management experience preferred.
