∎ If you do not have Real Estate Sales 05 to 06 Years (s) Experience no need to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Natural Resource Development Company limited. is a reputed (NRDCL) Wealth and Natural Resource Development looking for smart, dynamic candidate for the post of Sales Manager (Land).
∎ Make market research and analysis and provide professional sales and marketing strategy for sales.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in Marketing & Sales of Land on customize system.
∎ Must be capable to achieve company sales target on monthly.
∎ To visit project with clients and doing sales meeting on the satisfactions.
∎ Achieving individual sales targets as approved by the management.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/potential clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the clients.
∎ Manage existing & potential customers by physical sales visits, face to face contact.
∎ Training team for project information including key selling points, target clients for each phase of project, sales script, etc.
∎ Carry out competitive sales study, market survey and analysis business activities.
∎ Visit different organization / work site for developing business / creating new customers.
∎ Create sales & marketing reports to top management daily.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with existing client and adopting policy to hunt new one.
∎ Any other Task assign by the Management.
