Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To organize, monitor, coordinate, control & supervise the overall activities relating to sales and managing sales teams,.
∎ To monitor everyday sales, collection and work progress of teams
∎ To ensure implementation of team work to fulfil Key Performance Indicators (KPI) requirement
∎ To ensure monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and collection target achievement through Common Reporting Format developed for this purpose.
∎ To visit field extensively for market survey and as well as for potential client hunt.
∎ To have literacy in computer, e-mail & software uses.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7-6 years practical experience in selling/marketing engineering products, preferably steel structure
∎ Should have proven examples of success history and contributions in organization where he worked earlier
