Educational Requirements:
∎ DVM or Masters from any recognized university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Field Force Management with Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Dairy, Poultry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving sales target by implementing strategic marketing plan.
∎ Supervising & guiding field forces to keep them disciplined & motivated.
∎ Monitoring the sales performance of the field forces daily & evaluating the achievements on monthly basis & submit monthly report.
∎ Monitoring competitor's activities.
∎ Ensure growth of institutional sales, tender business, export opportunity for business growth.
∎ Visit doctors as well as customers regularly to monitor prescription share.
∎ Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2-3 years practical experience in the similar position in any reputed Pharmaceuticals/Animal Health Company.
∎ Veterinary doctor fulfilling the above criteria will be given preference.

Salary: Negotiable
