Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Explain the products and services to the customers.
∎ Tracking, Recording, and reporting sales on a daily basis.
∎ Do regular follow-up with the contacts and leads Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
∎ Setting monthly sales targets.
∎ Implementing sales strategies.
∎ Manage customer communication through social media platforms (Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.).
∎ Maintain detailed records of calls, messages, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
∎ Assist in order processing, delivery coordination, and post-sale customer follow-up.
∎ Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support ongoing campaigns.
∎ Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience at all times.
