• Only Male

• Must have practical work experience as a Sales Executive in a Travel Agency.

• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

• Ability to generate new clients and convert sales leads into bookings.

• Must be capable of handling clients through social media platforms, phone calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face communication.

• Must be willing to work on holidays when required for official/business purposes.

• Strong commitment to achieving sales targets.

• Must be responsible, hardworking, confident, and punctual.

• Previous experience in Hajj & Umrah services will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Hajj & Umrah packages and other travel packages.

• Identify and acquire new clients and maintain regular follow-ups.

• Provide clients with detailed information about suitable packages according to their needs.

• Convert sales leads into confirmed bookings.

• Maintain strong and professional relationships with both new and existing clients.

• Handle client inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media, and direct communication.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

• Prepare and submit daily sales and client follow-up reports.
