Salary: Tk. 23000 - 30000 (Monthly)

• Only Male

• Age & Gender: You must be male, aged between 24 and 30 years old.·        
• Education: At least HSC passed. However, if you have a Bachelor's degree from any university or are currently studying in one (Undergraduate student), we will highly encourage you to apply!·        
• Computer Skills (Must Have): You must know how to browse the internet, send emails, and use MS Word and Excel. Please do not apply if you do not know how to use a computer.        
• Good Talker: You must speak nicely and know how to convince customers.·        
• Loves Tech: You should be eager to learn about new electronics.·        
• Good Mindset: We want someone who has no ego or pride. You should not think of any job as "too small." Usually, we do not give extra work outside the list above, but if something urgent comes up, you must be ready to do it with a smile.·

• Experience: If you have worked in sales or at brand shops before, you will get preference. But if you are new and feel confident that you can sell well, we will give you a chance!·

We Are Hiring! Salesman Needed for Our Electronics Shop

About the Job: We are looking for a smart, educated person to work in our electronics showroom (Zymak BD) for our branch in Dhanmondi. We usually don't get a huge crowd of random walking customers. Most people who come to our shop are serious buyers who already checked our website(www.zymak.com.bd) and know what they want. So, the job isn't physically hard. You just need to sit in the shop, show them the products, explain the features nicely, and use your skills to make the sale!

How We Treat Our Staff: We are very proud to say we treat our team with respect. Unlike many shops in Bangladesh, we never abuse our staff or use bad language. We believe we are paying you for your hard work, not doing charity.

If you make a mistake, we will warn you. If you keep doing it, we might fine you a small, reasonable amount. If things still don't improve, we will simply ask you to resign. But we will never disrespect you. We also pay salaries on time—usually by the 1st or 2nd of every month.

Your Duties (Workplace: Dhanmondi)

• Work Hours: Open the shop every day at 10:30 AM and close it at 8:30 PM.

• Selling: Explain the features of gadgets and electronics to our customers.

• Computer Work: Type customer details and product names into our software (do not worry, we will teach you how to do this).

• Facebook Marketing: Take 1 or 2 photos of products every day and post them on our Facebook page and marketplace (this takes only a few minutes).

• Phone and Messages: The owner usually answers all phone calls and messages. But if he is busy or on leave, you will have to handle them.

• Keep Things Clean: Just basic cleaning, like you would do at home. Wipe your desk and the front glass door with a tissue every day, and dust the products once or twice a week.

Interview and Training

Your permanent workplace will be Dhanmondi(Zymak BD), but the first few steps will happen at our Banani branch:

• Interview: Your first interview will be held at our Banani branch(Locker Empire).

• Training: After you get the job, you will take training for the first 15 days under our Banani branch manager, Mr. Yasin. You will receive salary during the training period too. After finishing this training, you will join the Dhanmondi branch.

Salary and Benefits

If you work hard, you can earn really good money with us!

• 1st Month (Training & Observation): We will watch your focus and skills, and teach you all the work (including ready-made answers for customers). If you are not a good fit, we might let you go, ***but we will pay you fairly for the exact days you worked.***

• 1st and 2nd Month (Probation Period): Your salary will be 14,000 Taka per month.(for first 2 months only)

• From the 3rd Month (Permanent Job, Salary Increase, & Commission):

• Your fixed salary will go up to 18,000 to 20,000 Taka.

• Sales Commission: You will get a commission for every single sale you make!

Minimum commission: Around 5,000 Taka/month.

Average commission: Around 8,000 Taka/month. o If you sell really well:

You can get 12,000 to 15,000 Taka as a commission!

Total Expected Income: From your 3rd month, your total monthly income will start from at least 23,000 Taka and can go up to 30,000 Taka if you make good sales.
