∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Pharmaceutical Sales, Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing information and giving advice regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and proper medication storage.
∎ Dispensing medications as prescribed by doctors and dentists directly to customers.
∎ Advising customers on the selection of medication brands, medical equipment,or healthcare supplies.
∎ Initial information gathering regarding patient’s medication histories and communicating pertinent information to the physician to avoid any drug effects.
∎ Verifying prescription’s authenticity. Seeking clarification regarding prescription discrepancies when necessary.
∎ Assisting customers to use devices such as blood pressure or diabetes monitors.
∎ Ensuring proper stock storage inside the store as per company protocol.
∎ Checking day closing and cash transaction, maintaining cash handover register.
∎ Taking care of issues related to the software.
∎ Updating of the stocks received from the suppliers and following SOP.
∎ Making GRN and stock transfer.
∎ Management of short expiry medication.
∎ Checking expiry manually, including stock expiry on a monthly basis.
∎ Communicating with the walk-in customers about the services and new products, plans & take active part in promotional campaigns to promote customer care & loyalty programs as suggested by management.
∎ Reviewing sales performance and managing monthly sales target.
∎ Maintaining strong CRM.
∎ Monitoring & Recording of Temperature of specific drugs in the Pharmacy as per guideline.
∎ Conducting Perpetual stock taking on a monthly basis and making shortage entry in the register for the reorder of level.
∎ Maintaining records, such as pharmacy files, inventories, registries of narcotics, or controlled drugs.

∎ Age at most 35 years
