∎ Strong negotiation and communication skills in Bangla & English.
∎ Proficiency in AutoCAD to understand and interpret engineering drawings.

∎ Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
∎ Prepare and present technical and sales reports.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

∎ Visit potential customers regularly to gather engineering specifications and sales requirements.
∎ Conduct competitor analysis and develop strategic sales plans.
∎ Understand and interpret technical drawings using AutoCAD to support customer needs.
∎ Negotiate contracts and close deals to exceed sales targets.
∎ Travel across Bangladesh to engage with customers and grow business.
∎ Job Location: Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka (with travel across Bangladesh as needed).
