∎ Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
∎ Superior strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
∎ High level of proficiency in using with the Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
∎ Clean and valid driver's license required

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide support
∎ Generate high-quality sales leads, follow up, secure and renew orders, negotiate prices, and complete sales
∎ Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for new generators, rental generators, spare parts and annual maintenance contracts
∎ Identify, research, and contact prospective customers to build positive relationships for future sales and repeat business
∎ Deliver technical presentations to explain products and services to customers and prospects
∎ Conduct customer needs analysis and present tailored solutions
∎ Assist the Finance Department with collecting past-due invoices and follow up on collections
∎ Provide reports on sales activity and coverage as required by the management
∎ Seek new products for existing and new markets
∎ Coordinate customer opportunities for all Hayleys Aventura products and services
∎ We're seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our expanding power generator team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building solid relationships with clients, and understanding their unique needs. This role is perfect for someone with a strong technical background, keen business acumen, and a passion for sales.
