∎ Proficiency in Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Bengali
∎ Having a Driving License will be a priority
∎ Having an own Motor Bike will be a priority.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sales & Marketing for Diesel & Gas Generator sets
∎ Buildup & monitor marketing activities, Client Visit & arrange meetings with the customer.
∎ Utilize proven methods and support tools to achieve growth and successfully hit sales targets by converting leads into clients.
∎ Prepare and present client proposals/quotations to secure new business.
∎ Assist team members in meetings, and follow-up to help with close ongoing deals
∎ Identify and qualify new revenue-generating sales opportunities.
∎ Preparing and presenting potential cost-benefit analyses to potential clients, developing
∎ Long-term relationships with clients, offering after-sales support services, and Execution of Projects.
∎ Fulfill monthly & annual sales targets and other goals of the Company.
∎ Planning, developing, and implementing effective marketing policy & contributing to developing marketing strategies.
∎ Explore new markets to contribute to the increase in sales.
∎ Prepare regular sales action plan.
∎ Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
∎ Track marketing performance and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management.
