Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Pharmaceutical Technology, Master of Science (MSc) in Pharmaceutical Technology
∎ MBA would be an additional advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Pharmaceutical Product Management, Sales Marketing (Pharmaceutical Products)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achieving assigned targets monthly, quarterly, and yearly. Responsible for sales budgeting.
∎ Ensure effective implementation of Sales and Marketing strategies.
∎ Submission of forecast (Sales Plans, Inventory Management & NOD) monthly, quarterly and yearly.
∎ Timely submission of reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
∎ Drive the commercial negotiations of projects.
∎ Plan and implement marketing activities.
∎ To keep track on competitors' movement in respective accounts.
∎ Gather Market Intelligence.
∎ Propose retention and expansion of existing & new customers based on business & market requirements at appropriate time.
∎ Expansion of business in uncovered / new territories within the assigned region.
∎ Generate Sales from new products / new applications.
∎ Coordinate with Application, Marketing, Operations, and CSD departments to provide timely support to customers.
∎ Collection of payments as per agreed terms.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to understand customer processes and requirements.
∎ Ability to understand products and services offered by the organization.
∎ Knowledge of the region, territories, and Languages.
∎ Relationship with Customers and key opinion Leader (KOL) of the region.
∎ Technical Acumen.
∎ Prior experience in handling Biopharmaceutical and medical products.
∎ Knowledge of carrying out basic tests/experiments needed in process handling.
∎ Awareness of ERP like SAP and MS Office tools for business requirements.
∎ Customer Orientation.
∎ Result Orientation.
∎ Willingness to take initiatives.
∎ Self-Motivated.
∎ Problem-solving & Decision making skills.
∎ Assertiveness.
∎ Team Management Skills.
