∎ Sales Execution:
∎ Conduct sales activities to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
∎ Identify potential customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable organic products.
∎ Execute effective sales strategies to contribute to overall company growth.
∎ Customer Relationship Management:
∎ Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
∎ Team Collaboration:
∎ Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to achieve common goals.
∎ Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales and customer relationships.
∎ Sales Reporting:
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
∎ Provide regular updates on sales performance to the Team Lead - Sales & Customer Relationship Manager.
∎ Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
∎ Minimum of one year of experience in sales and customer relationship management.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Passion for organic and sustainable products.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
∎ Salary : BDT 15,000/-
