∎ Role Description:
∎ This is a part time on-site role as a Sales Counter Executive at JG Healthcare Ltd. a sister concern of STECH Group located in Matikata, ECB, Dhaka, Bangladesh. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Counter Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for the sales process from inception to the execution of the order, providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Your responsibilities include taking orders, answering questions relating to the order, receiving payment and executing the order. You should provide quick and efficient service, ensure maximum customer satisfaction and resolve all queries professionally. An outstanding counter salesperson should display a positive attitude focusing on customer satisfaction, maintain an orderly appearance and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greeting customers as and when they enter the store and taking orders.
∎ Understanding the customers' requirements and specifications
∎ Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
∎ Providing the customers with solutions instantly
∎ Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
∎ Solving all the customer's complaints and issues about the product.
∎ Making sure the customer is satisfied with the products offered to them.
∎ Maintaining a strong relationship with new customers.
∎ Updating customer's information in the computer system for future reference.
∎ Checking the store inventory and reporting it to the Store Manager.
∎ Offering excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
∎ Ensuring the space is clean and tidy all the time.
∎ Processing customer's payments in the form of cash or card.
∎ Adhering to all the rules and regulations of the organization.
∎ Reporting any mishaps and accidents to the Store Manager.
∎ Performing daily inspection of store and inventory room.
∎ Assisting customers with queries and providing solutions quickly.
∎ Possessing excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales.
∎ Following up on orders to prevent delay and frustration.
∎ Cleaning the customer area during quiet times to ensure a neat appearance.
∎ Ensuring that each customer leaves the store satisfied
∎ Professional Requirements:
∎ Prior experience of minimum 2 Years in retail sales or customer service (pharmacy) is mandatory.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
∎ Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work under minimal or zero supervision.
∎ Physical Demands:Ability to stand for extended periods of time
∎ Ability to lift and carry up to 30 kgAbility to bend, stoop, and reach
∎ Working Conditions:
∎ Work is primarily performed indoors in a retail environment
∎ May be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays
∎ May be exposed to loud noises and varying temperatures.
