Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and publish documentations for LC, invoicing, inventory, customer bills, credit collection etc.
∎ Maintain files and records efficiently.
∎ Communicate and coordinate with vendors on promotional materials.
∎ Provide logistics support to marketing and sales team.
∎ Collect and process bank cheques, conveyance and other bills.
∎ Provide logistics and documentation support during tender preparation.
∎ Provide hospitality to the guests and customers (local/foreign) of the company.
∎ Support portfolio head in his day to day operations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Strong communication and social skills.
∎ Good command on MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
∎ Ability to ride a motorcycle.
∎ Interest to work in a coordination role.
∎ Flexibility to travel for official tours.

Salary: Negotiable
