Educational Requirements:
∎ Must be graduate from any reputed University/ Institutions.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be knowledgeable about Facebook (Social media), email & web chat;
∎ Able to work on Support email , Live Chat , Facebook replies etc;
∎ Attend to all Telephone & email queries promptly with accurate manner;
∎ Ensure and provide quality service to both internal and external customers;
∎ Need to handle incoming calls to the prospective customers pertaining to the Client's business;
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to both internal and external customers, ensuring customer satisfaction;
∎ Perform every call actively identify customer needs, clarify information, provide solutions and explain service;
∎ Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation;
∎ Obtain and examine all relevant information in order to assess the validity of complaints and to determine possible causes;
∎ Understanding all the situations and take responsibility, stress tolerance, discipline, desire to work and gain new knowledge, politeness, ability to work with large volumes of information, able to work beyond the office hour and multitasking
∎ Have to convince clients over the phone to take the service or confirm the order
∎ Provide information to questions about a product, pricing and details
∎ Report time to time to the team leader for complicated issues;
∎ Keep coordination between customer & technical team;
∎ Prepare accurate and timely reports to the Management and report back data of whole day work to admin on different platforms (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheet, Doc, etc.)
∎ Any other responsibilities/ tasks as set by Company Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Basic computer knowledge.
∎ Good oral communication skill.
∎ Good listening skill and analytical skill.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): call center, e-commerce, customer relationship management (CRM), customer care, telesales, customer focus club, banks, hospitality, BPO and adaptability to different personality types.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
