Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc.. (Electrical / Mechanical)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Installation/ Erection, Operation & Maintenance, Survey, Service/ support, QC & Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Is responsible for implementing the Company Environment, Health and Safety policies.
∎ Establish new policies and procedures in the light of any new legislation
∎ In addition they are responsible for:
∎ Maintaining accident and dangerous occurrence records, analysing, and in serious cases assisting in the investigation of all
∎ types of incidents.
∎ Promoting Health, Safety and Environment, awareness through the various channels of communication within the company.
∎ Assisting Managers and Supervisors to meet their various responsibilities for Health, safety and environment.
∎ Organize and Conducting Patrols & audits to ensure that all employees are carrying out the Company's environment,
∎ health and safety procedures in line with the Health, Safety and Environment Management System.
∎ Promoting health, safety and environment awareness through the various channels of communication like TBT, monthly
∎ meeting within the company. Co-ordinate with the Installation and Maintenance Engineers and Managers for daily
∎ management of Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental issues as per local regulations.
∎ Site staff performance monitoring on daily basis.
∎ Inspection of all emergency equipment's and PPE's
∎ Analyse OHSE data and communicate to MR.
∎ Implement the requirements of OHSAS18001:2007 and
∎ ISO 14001:2015 at all sites like PTW, checklist and various format.
∎ To provide / arrange to provide necessary HSE training to all employees and field staffs based on the project requirement.
∎ Maintain all HSE related documents of the project and provide when required by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge in Communication skill and safety part.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ As per company Policy
