Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in commerce

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Logistic, Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with client for L/c's if the L/C is in scope of client.
∎ Check the terms and conditions of client LC's and ensure company's interests are protected.
∎ Prepare L/C requests to bank when L/C is under AG MELCO scope for new sales and spare parts requirement.
∎ Coordinate with C&F agent during material delivery and follow up of required documents from H.O.
∎ Check PML on material delivery status and highlight to sales department and H.O for any major variations.
∎ Update clients on material delivery status and also internal departments like FOD to ensure smooth delivery.
∎ Negotiate better prices with C&F agents to reduce forwarding related expenses
∎ Ensure all shipping terms and procedures are in compliance with local laws Assist Sales department in the following activities
∎ New Enquiry receive from client over phone, mail during the absence of sales engineers in office.
∎ Preparing Request for EM allocation to H.O. & final order processes preparation & send to H.O. & Follow up with H.O.to process the job to Factory.
∎ Prepare Deed of agreement with client.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly & half yearly all sales related report & send to H.O. on time.
∎ Sending requests to the H.O for special equipment / catalogues / samples & follow up.
∎ Track and update the sales revenue,profit etc for H.O reports and presentattions

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
