Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering/ EEE from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Routine visits/ Audits on fire suppressive equipment viz, Fire extinguisher, Fire hydrant, Exit light, Smoke detector, Fire alarm box, Fire control panel and other safety related all equipment's.
∎ Assist to maintain and update the evacuation plan, all safety related Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and checklist by following NFPA/BNBC/ACCORD/Alliance guidelines.
∎ Assist for routing re-filling, upkeep and maintenance of Fire Extinguishers and arrange for necessary corrective actions as recommended in various in-house and third party audits.
∎ Maintain Automatic Fire Alarm & Detection System, Routine test of smoke detector, Manual call point, Different types of module following the check list recommended by NFPA/ BNBC/ Fire Safety Act/ ACCORD/ Alliance.
∎ Maintain Automatic Fire Hydrant System routine test of standpipe and fire pump and checklist update according to NFPA/ BNBC/ Fire Safety Act/ ACCORD/ Alliance.
∎ Maintenance of Fire Door system.
∎ Ensure Draw Work Plan, Guide and Supervise the Fire Safety Team.
∎ Conducting training for fire safety team, Firefighting Team and Other relevant teams in regular interval.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have work knowledge on fire safety & maintenance
∎ Proficiency in MS word, MS excel, MS Power point
∎ Proficiency in Auto CAD.
∎ Training on Fire Safety from BGMEA, BKMEA, and Fire Service & Civil Defense Department.
∎ Must be good in English.

Salary: Negotiable
