Job Context:
∎ ACI Motors is one of the most growing subsidiaries of ACI Limited. We have Agricultural Machinery, Infrastructural Development Machinery, Automobiles (Yamaha & Foton) & other machinery in our product line.
∎ We are looking for candidates who have experience in Safety and Compliance; who will ensure compliance standards at Showrooms and Warehouses of ACI Motors.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and implement health and safety programs and procedures for all showrooms and warehouses and dealers.
∎ Protect workers and look after the overall well-being of employees by minimizing hazardous conditions within the workplace
∎ Regularly perform inspections to assess the risks that may threaten workers' safety and health while on the job.
∎ Work closely with the management and ensure that; a) Safety inspections are carried out, fire drills and fire alarms are correctly maintained; b) Risk assessments and lone working procedures are managed; c) Employees are aware of safety policies and their responsibilities; d) A legal register for the site is maintained and compliance with all safety regulations is ensured.
∎ Review all legal requirements and identify requirements for showrooms and warehouses.
∎ Visit all showrooms and warehouses regularly and audit health and safety-related issues.
∎ Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
∎ Maintain internal control systems by updating programs, recommending new policies and procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ In-depth Knowledge regarding Govt. Compliance for EHS.
∎ Excellent report writing & communication skills.
∎ Flexibility to travel across the country.
