Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install, inspect, test, and maintain RTP piping systems in compliance with industry standards (ASME, API, etc.).
∎ Perform pressure testing, leak detection, and troubleshooting of RTP pipelines.
∎ Conduct visual and non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections to assess piping integrity.
∎ Assist in fabrication, welding (if applicable), and assembly of RTP components.
∎ Interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and isometric diagrams for piping layouts.
∎ Follow safety protocols (OSHA, HSE) and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
∎ Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, repairs, and installations.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve piping system failures in upstream, midstream, or downstream operations.
∎ Operate hand and power tools, hydraulic equipment, and specialized RTP installation machinery.
∎ We are seeking experienced RTP Piping Technicians with a strong background in the Oil & Gas industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of Reinforced Thermoplastic Piping (RTP) systems. The role requires expertise in handling high-pressure piping systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and working in challenging field environments.
