Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure field forces' sales per month.
∎ Achieve the monthly & yearly value sales target and product wise target.
∎ Monitor sales and collection of Field Managers & Field Officers to ensure continuous sales growth.
∎ Develop and maintain constant relationship with all doctors to increase prescription share.
∎ Develop & maintain relationship with all chemists to ensure business and product availability.
∎ Monitor & ensure implementation of company policy.
∎ Identify business opportunity & develop new business.
∎ Monitor all the activities of the region to ensure continuous regional development.
∎ Analyze sales & prescription and take corrective measure where it declines.
∎ Develop Field Managers & Field Officers to improve their skill.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Currently working as RSM for more than 03 Years in Top Tier Pharmaceuticals Companies in Bangladesh.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sr. Field Manager / Regional Sales Manager.
∎ The applicant should have knowledge about pharmaceuticals sales & marketing and team management.
∎ Excellent communication and Interpersonal skill.
∎ Should be honest and sincere
