∎ Department - Project Operations
∎ Employment Type - Permanent/Contractual

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Management
∎
∎ Manage all type of RMC plant related activity & work
∎ Preparation work schedule of RMC Plant with the help of project manager
∎ Manage workers and the Pipe fitters work as per our company policy.
∎ Time to time BOQ check with materials receive & casting Qty.
∎ Quality Control
∎
∎ Ensure quality works and quality product & authentication/certification of bills
∎ Checking and verifying materials received in the site
∎ Ensuring construction work as per SHL Quality manual
∎ Site Safety & Cleanliness
∎
∎ To ensure site safety and health hazard as per the SHL manual
∎ Ensuring the construction site neat and clean

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-7 Years of practical work experience in RMC Plant operation
∎ Prior experience in high rise building construction will receive preference
∎ Very good technical knowledge of civil works: materials
∎ Workmanship
∎ Good organization skills
∎ Proficient in MS Word/Excel
∎ Good interpersonal and English communication skills (Written & spoken)
∎ Ability to prepare Minutes of Meeting.
