∎ Azbil Telstar Bangladesh Ltd., established in Dhaka in 2012 and supporting in local projects to TOP 20 Pharmaceutical Customers is urgently looking for a Revit Modeler with experience in pharmaceutical projects.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Produce drawings consistent with instruction, guidelines, and CAD/BIM standards.
∎ Draft/Generate Architectural 3D Model from existing CAD or PDF Layout & Room Data sheet.
∎ Draft/ Generate 3D Models of Piping, HVAC Ducting, Electrical Components from CAD, or PDF Layout & Data sheet.
∎ Co-ordination of Different Installations (Piping, Ducting, Electrical, Fire Fighting etc.) In a same 3D Revit Model.
∎ Creating and amending schedule of various type component from Revit.
∎ Perform clash detection in Autodesk Navisworks.
∎ Prepare projects Documents for client submissions.
∎ Co-ordinate with design team to complete projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 27 years
∎ Age 23 to 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Candidates should have Professional Training on Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD from recognized Institute.
∎ At least 3 years experienced in any consultancy/Designing/Construction company as Revit Modeler.
∎ Experienced in outsourcing drafting/Designing company will also be considered.
∎ Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft office Applications.
∎ English fluency in both speaking and writing is a must.
