Must be proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant function: Quality check, sanitation, company policies and procedures, Personnel Management, Record-Keeping, and Preparation of Reports.
Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food & beverage preparation and service.
Manage shifts which include: daily scheduling and planning.
Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date plan of restaurant staffing needs.
Prepare schedules and ensure that the restaurant is staffed for all shifts.
Ensure positive guest service in all areas.
Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.
Prepare all required paperwork including reports, forms, and schedule in an organized and timely manner.
Communicate well on all aspects of weekly operations by leading weekly team management meetings.
Assist in developing, planning, and executing restaurant marketing, advertising, and promotional activities and campaigns.
