Responsibilities & Context: Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management Proven experience in team leadership and operations management Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service and client handling abilities Knowledge of inventory management and cost control Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills Additional Requirements (Preferred): Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Experience in sales growth and marketing strategies Experience in handling multi-branch operations will be an advantage
