Responsibilities & Context: Additional Requirements Age 30 to 40 years Strong knowledge of different kind of foods such Bangla, Chinese and Thai food preparation. Ability to cook for large numbers of people in an industrial environment. Strong knowledge of food hygiene, safety and kitchen sanitation standards. Ability to manage kitchen inventory, ingredients and food storage. Skill in menu planning and food presentation. Ability to maintain consistent taste and quality of food. Good time management and teamwork skills Responsibilities & Context The Chef / Cook will be responsible for preparing a variety of meals for employees and management within the organization. The role requires expertise in Bangla, Chinese and Thai cuisine, ensuring high-quality food preparation, hygiene, and efficient kitchen operations in an industrial or corporate environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and cook Bangla, Chinese and Thai dishes for employees and management. Ensure food quality, taste and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area. Manage food ingredients, stock and kitchen supplies. Ensure proper food storage and safety practices.
