∎ Preferable from Public University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Checking Bill and Documents, site supervision

Job Responsibilities:
∎ In Constructional Management.
∎ Cost control & cost benefit.
∎ In clear understanding of Drawings and tender specifications of works.
∎ In Supervision specially in precast pile & multistoried building works.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 37 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 15 years experience in supervision work of which at least 5 years as Resident Engineer
∎ Cost Consulting, cost estimating
∎ cost management process
∎ Assistance in establishing client's requirements
∎ Regular meeting with clients & high officials

Salary: Negotiable
