Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Civil Engineering (Can only apply)
∎ Preferable from Public University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): site supervision

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Professional Knowledge in Constructional Management.
∎ Cost control & cost benefit knowledge.
∎ Knowledge in risk analysis evaluations.
∎ Clear understanding in drawings and tender specifications.
∎ Sound knowledge in Supervision specially in precast pile & multistoried building work.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 37 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 15 years experience in supervision work of which at least 5 years as Resident Engineer.
∎ Cost Consulting, cost estimating.
∎ Checking of Bill of Quantities.
∎ Interim valuations and payment assessment.
∎ Cost management process.
∎ Assistance in establishing client's requirements.
∎ Regular meeting with clients & high officials.

Salary: Negotiable
