Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Civil Construction
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Construction
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities for this position may include but not limited to:
∎ Stay at site to supervise & execute construction of new structures (RCC and steel) as per drawing.
∎ Good knowledge in plumbing work
∎ Prepare work schedule and estimates of all kinds of construction or building materials.
∎ To monitor and follow-up all civil work ensuring materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
∎ Control quality and construction management as per schedule.
∎ Checking bills for all suppliers and contractors.
∎ Knowledge of executing and monitoring industrial construction work.
∎ Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities.
∎ Ensure workforce management.
∎ Quality control of material.
∎ Coordinate with relevant concerns.
∎ Daily Meeting with the contractor and other site staff for the work schedule of the next day.
∎ Report all site information to respective superior regular basis.
∎ Any work assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Self-confident, smart and energetic with a commanding voice.
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bangla (written and oral).
∎ Should be proactive & self-organized.
∎ Strong team spirit and common sense.
∎ Must have MS office, AutoCAD and computer aided drawing skills.
Salary:
∎ Attractive remuneration package will be offered to deserving candidate.
