Bill verification, Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, execution work, Finishing, Interior Finishing, Quality Control Assurance, Real Estate project Development, Site Engineer, Supervision
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising and maintaining team & project execution.
∎ Ensuring procurement of materials as per specification in coordination with SCM .
∎ Ensuring good finishing and timely hand over the project .
∎ Preparation of BOQ and up to date information of product .
∎ Ensuring on time material indents, MRR, bills of the projects.
∎ Proper coordination with vendor , sub -contractor and clients to be ensured.
∎ Attending technical meeting with sales team and clients.
∎ Preparing weekly and monthly reports .
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Internet surfing, E-mail, etc.
∎ Well trained and good Official Correspondence in writing.
∎ Must have strong Communication & Management Skill.
