∎ MBBS with MPH or Bachelor’s degree in biological science.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting desktop research and using books, journal articles, newspaper sources, questionnaires, surveys, polls, and interviews to gather data.
∎ Creating and writing clinical research protocols and presenting these to the management team.
∎ Analyzing and interpreting patterns and trends.
∎ Maintaining and protecting electronic databases, including volunteer management software.
∎ Assisting management with budget and time schedules.
∎ Anticipating research issues and promptly resolving them.
∎ Promptly reporting any problems to the relevant stakeholders.
∎ Following a strict code of ethics and always protecting confidential information.
∎ Ordering, tracking, and managing Investigation Products and research materials.
∎ Ensuring compliance with SOPs, local regulations, and ICH and GCP guidelines.
∎ Other tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 2+ years of experience as a clinical research associate will be an added advantages.
∎ Sound understanding of research methodologies.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office.
∎ Strong statistical and mathematical aptitude.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills.
∎ Practical experience in database management.
∎ Attention to detail and exceptional written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills.
