∎ This position is responsible for operations of MD`s office, coordination of all Business Units and maintaining MD`s schedule.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administer smooth operations of MD's office
∎ Develop & implement the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of Department
∎ Acting as a trustful manner on behalf of MD' office
∎ Analyze the Business Operations of Business Units and place the reports to MD
∎ Act with priority of MD' concern
∎ Plan maintain MD's calendar & Schedule
∎ Maintain & develop relationship with Clubs and members
∎ Draft & dispatch letters in both Bangla & English
∎ Maintain MD's credit card, DPS, Bank account, Petty cash
∎ Analysis various business result
∎ Manage MD's travel arrangements (including visas/accommodation, hotel booking & restaurant)
∎ To keep the business update of local and abroad
∎ Maintain MD's social media platform
∎ Answering & connecting all phone calls of MD's Office
∎ Writing meeting minutes and circular as scheduled time frame
∎ Visit local & abroad with MD for official reason
∎ Maintain visiting cards and develop database for instant information
∎ Communicate with various offices, personnel locally & internationally
∎ Continuous update on technology & reading materials
∎ Continuous personal development related to new job context/challenges

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 50 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in Secretariat Job/ Business Operations / Supply Chain/ Merchandising/ Relationship Management

Salary: Negotiable
