Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ MBBS with having part 1 /Phase A in FCPS/MS (Orthopedics) and five(05) years' experience in relevant subject. / D-Ortho (after completion of D-Ortho need two years' experience in relevant area)

∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to implement total activities of the hospital /department under a Consultant.
∎ Responsible to manage and support all related clinical activities in the department in absence of the Consultant.
∎ Provide medical services and surgical care to patients to prevent, diagnose, and treat orthopedic injuries and conditions
∎ Offer preoperative, intra-operative, and postoperative care, including the administration of medication and anesthesia
∎ Perform physical assessments to identify and treat any orthopedic impairments
∎ Perform diagnostic and noninvasive imaging procedures
∎ Perform surgery on patients, including minimally invasive procedures
∎ Assist with the preparation of operating rooms
∎ Consult with patients, their families, and other medical professionals about treatments, medications, and surgical procedures
∎ Represent the hospital at professional conferences, and in joint medical, nursing, and anesthesia committees
∎ Review patient progress, and report relevant information to physicians and other medical personnel
∎ Identify any irregularities or deficiencies, and report the concerns to the appropriate personnel
∎ Develop treatment plans for patients, including surgical interventions
