Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the team members to achieve Zonal/Regional Sales objective through prescription generation and improve productivity as well
∎ Ensure implementation of marketing strategies as devised by the management
∎ Analyze team members' performance on regular basis to ensure achievement and compliance
∎ Analyze customer relation, market situation and competitors to find out new business opportunity
∎ Ensure optimized utilization of resources by the team members
∎ Visit target customers to develop and sustain good rapport
∎ Cultivate healthy working culture to retain the team members
∎ To sales management including preparing of Territory, Area & Zonal sales target, Expense monitoring, setting tour program, Formulating agenda of the monthly sales meeting, Zonal & Area meeting, and Evaluate field force performance.
∎ To collect regular market feedback with an objective to remain updated about the industry, Provide strategic guidelines for upgrading weak markets to get better performance.
∎ To efficient and effective credit management to getting output for the business.
∎ To keep up-to-date information of competitors' products and ensure fair communication from customer to management and management to customers.
∎ To minimize all sales-related issues by coordinating with other departments.
∎ Follow company Policies and Procedures and Instructions related to the area of responsibility.
∎ Remain informed about company products, services, and internal marketing policy.
∎ Maintain various administrative matters (joining, resignation, leave etc.) of subordinates.
∎ Perform other related duties as required and assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age between 35 to 45 years will be preferred. Age may be relaxed depending on fulfillment of other criteria.
∎ The candidate should be Self-Motivated, Energetic, Hardworking and achieve sales targets through guiding and supervising the field forces in anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Possess high ethical standards and moral principles.
∎ Have in-depth knowledge of Medicine/Product.
∎ Ability to build & manage a team in remote areas.
∎ Ability to increase prescription by Relationship Marketing.
∎ Ability to supervise & develop a team in a regular basis to ensure the monthly sales & collection.
∎ Ability to work in flexible work schedule and willing to work and travel in anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Smart personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Problem-solving ability with analytical skill, and time management skill.
