Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor regional stock levels and maintain optimal inventory.
∎ Coordinate with vendors to resolve shortages, overstock, or logistical delays.
∎ Supervise and guide Area Operations Coordinators (AOC) and Field Engagement Coordinators (FEC).
∎ Ensure field teams meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
∎ Analyze sales reports, identify gaps, and implement region-specific strategies.
∎ Track key performance indicators and share insights with senior management.
∎ Resolve vendor issues related to product listing, delivery, and platform navigation.
∎ Support the customer service team in resolving escalated complaints.
∎ Research customer preferences and regional market trends.
∎ Share data-driven suggestions to improve platform efficiency.
